This poster series advertises an event that remembers the life and design style of Milton Glaser. “Milton Glaser: Celebrating his Artwork Through Music” was created for a musical concert at Radio City Music Hall inspired by Milton Glaser’s vinyl covers that were designed in the 1960s.

 

From The Beatle’s Yellow Submarine to Bob Dylan’s Greatest Hit Album, Glaser’s psychedelic style became my main inspiration, including his use of bright color, abstract lines, and unique typography. This event will act as a tribute to the influential Milton Glaser, as well as a dip into iconic rock hits from that era.
